Lovers ‘Loma
Lovers 'Loma- a New Take on a classic Paloma with an Orange Blossom Twist!
Meet the Lovers 'Loma. Fresh, punchy citrus is softened by sweet orange blossom in this playful twist on a bright classic...Much like The Arctic Monkeys in their stripped down cover of Barbara Lewis's "Baby I'm Yours".
To make this drink you'll need:
-2 parts fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
-1 part oleo saccharum
-orange blossom water (to taste, but a little goes a long way!)
-sparking water
Suggested Spirits: Tequila, Cannabis Tincture
As far as mixing the drink, this is about as easy as it gets! Put everything but the sparkling water in a shaker with ice, give it a good rattle, then put into a garnished cup with ice and top off with the sparkly stuff.
To me, anything with orange blossom feels light and dreamy. Pair that with the bright punch of grapefruit, and you've got yourself the perfect blend of romance and edge..kind of like the Arctic Monkey's take on this song!
