If that’s the case, this mocktail could be the perfect solution if you find yourself parched with an overstock of jam jars you need to empty, and you can’t bear the thought of another bite of toast.
You’ll need:
A mostly empty jam jar
Lemon juice
Sparkling water
Basil to make it fancy and help keep you cool through all the boiling
to make this, squeeze the lemon juice in the jar, give it a good shake, then toss in ice, sparkling water, and a sprig of basil.
